Scripture at Sunrise 12.14.09

Sunday School | Ezekiel 36:8-24 | Bro. Steve Dawson
“All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out.”  -John 6:37
Although Israel broke their promise to God, He remained faithful and kept His promise.  He does the same with us.  He remains faithful even when we are faithless.  (2 Timothy 2:13)

Morning Worship | 1 Corinthians 6:1-8 | Pastor Steve Wainright
“…as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.”  -Colossians 3:13
*Once you have experienced the magnificent forgiveness of Christ, you can forgive and love others, committing the wrong they’ve done against you to the Lord.
*If you have the mind of Christ and know the Word and will of God, why would you need to be judged by an unbeliever?

Evening Worship | Leviticus 10:1-20 | Pastor Steve Wainright
“But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things that have come, then through the greater and more perfect tent (not made with hands, that is, not of this creation) he entered once for all into the holy places, not by means of the blood of goats and calves but by means of his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption.”  -Hebrews 9:11-12

*When God’s people are obedient, they will see His glory.  (ch. 9)
*Disobeying God=Disaster.  Judgment will come, just as it did on Nadab and Abihu.
*Our High Priest did what those priests could not do, perfectly fulfilling the office.
