But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. -2 Corinthians 12:9
When you realize your weakness, His power shows brighter and more glory goes to Him.
1)Difficulties that come are through God’s providence.
2)Pray about your weakness. When Paul prayed, he accepted that thorn in the flesh and embraced it to the glory of God.
3)The deity of Christ. Jesus is God in the flesh. (vs. 8-9)
4)Paul rejoiced in God’s grace…MOST gladly.
5)The power of Christ pitched a tent over Paul. His strength was camped out over Paul’s life.
6)Spiritual purity is much greater than your physical health and strength.
