Sunday Evening | Pastor Steve Wainright | 1 Samuel 20:1-23
“and do not cut off your steadfast love from my house forever, when the Lord cuts off every one of the enemies of David from the face of the earth.” -1 Samuel 20:15

Jonathan and David expressed and talked out their fears. One of Jonathan’s fears was a fear of the future. He feared that David would wipe out his family when he became king, but he talked it out with David and got right with the king.

When you look at your fears in light of the future and you’re right with the king, you will see how trivial things you worried about really were. Keep things in perspective. Make things right with the King in light of the coming Kingdom.
