“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His Name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” -Isaiah 9:6

The peace Jesus brings is a peace that changes us, not just a cease-fire. It is a peace of reconciliation. It is also a peace of companionship–His very presence brings peace. There is also peace found through His Word. This peace has been given to us that we might share it with others as ministers of reconciliation.
