Sunday Morning | Conformed to His Image | Romans 8:29-30
“For those whom He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, in order that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom He predestined He also called, and those whom He called He also justified, and those whom He justified He also glorified.” -Romans 8:29-30
The ultimate goal and God’s purpose in saving you is that you would be conformed to the image of His Son.
The pressures you have in life, the experiences you have in life, the hard times you have in life, and difficulties you have with certain people in your life, you know what? God is applying the pressure. Do you know why? Because He knows right where you need conforming. God knows who to put in your life to rub you the wrong way to make you trust in Him more. God knows everything about your life and God’s working everything in your life ultimately for your good.

Sunday Morning | God’s Plan for You | Romans 8:28
“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.” -Romans 8:28
We KNOW that all things work together for good. It’d be great if all things worked together for good and we didn’t know it. But how much more wonderful that we do know this truth. It gives hope! -excerpts from Steve Wainright’s Sunday Morning Sermon
Sunday Evening | His Time | John 7:1-6
“Jesus said to them, ‘My time has not yet come, but your time is always here.'” -John 7:6
Realize that what is taking place in your life right now is not accidental. Your sovereign Savior is directing your life and fulfilling His plan. Don’t ever believe that things are “just happening”.

Wednesday Evening | The Gospel in Ezekiel | Ezekiel 36
“But when they came to the nations, wherever they came, they profaned My holy Name, in that people said of them, ‘These are the people of the LORD, and yet they had to go out of His land.’ But I had concern for My holy Name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations to which they came.” -Ezekiel 36:20-21
These people who went to other nations polluted the Name of God by their lifestyle. Where they went and how they lived brought shame to God’s Name.
How do you represent God’s great Name by the words you speak and things you do?

Sunday Evening | An Unbelieving Response | John 6:60-66
“After this many of His disciples turned back and no longer walked with Him.” -John 6:66
The ultimate test of one’s profession is what that person does regarding the Word of God. What one does with the hard sayings of Christ shows whether they are a true disciple.
