“…that all the peoples of the earth may know that the LORD is God; there is no other.” -1 Kings 8:60
The purpose of our existence is to make God known–to make Him famous, that all the world may know that the Lord is God.
May our lives show forth the joy of the Lord that is our strength, that all the world may know that He is God.

“For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” -Philippians 1:21
For some, to live is to work. To live is to make money. For you, to live is to ______ (you fill in the blank).
Paul’s life was centered on Christ. Christ was his life. Everything about him was about Christ. For him to live was Christ, and therefore, to die was gain. But if you’re living for anything other than Christ, to die would not be gain.

“I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills His purpose for me.” -Psalm 57:2
David found safety from Saul and peace in the Cave of Adullam, where he possibly wrote Psalm 57. God is the One who brings us to the caves where we are alone with Him. There are lessons that can only be learned in the dark. David was lonely, but trusted the Lord. He knew God would fulfill His purpose for his life.
The cave helps us focus on what is really important and will help redefine your priorities. God will use the cave in your life to write His banner of love over your life.
