Scripture at Sunrise 7.15.2019

“The Lord is with you while you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you, but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you.” -2 Chronicles 15:2

Worship does not start with you and me, but with God. How you view Him will determine how you worship Him.

Scripture at Sunrise 7.8.2019

“But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work. Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.” -2 Timothy 2:20-22

You are a vessel, either of honor or dishonor. To be a vessel of honor, you must purge what is unclean and be set apart unto God and from the world.

Scripture at Sunrise 7.1.2019

“For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live: But seek not Bethel, nor enter into Gilgal, and pass not to Beersheba: for Gilgal shall surely go into captivity, and Bethel shall come to nought.” -Amos 5:4-5

The Israelites were focused on the place (Bethel), but what made it special was that God met them there! If there is anything special about this building, it will be because God meets us here. We need the presence of God.

Scripture at Sunrise 6.24.2019

“He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD.” -Psalm 40:3

When God puts a song in your heart that is full of His praise, it flows out of your heart up to your face.
