When the wine ran out, the mother of Jesus said to him, “They have no wine.” -John 2:3

Do we sometimes also forget our place by trying to dictate the Lord’s intervention upon our circumstances? Instead of resting in His will, we get frustrated with His timing. Too often we come to the Lord like Mary did saying, “We’re out of wine–do something now.” Submit to His perfect wisdom and timing.
